Tech help for businesses in Rogers.
I help Rogers businesses with the technology that's slowing them down: stores selling in person and online, restaurants juggling ordering apps, and small vendor teams buried in weekly spreadsheets. I'm based in Fayetteville and work up and down I-49.

What comes up for Rogers businesses
Rogers has retail and restaurants around Pinnacle Hills, independent shops downtown, lots of small offices and plenty of teams that sell to the big retailers nearby.
Selling in the store and online
When your register and your online store don't talk, someone updates stock and prices twice and something always ends up oversold. I connect them or pick a setup where one system does both.
Weekly numbers pasted by hand
Vendor and supplier teams often download sales files every week, paste them into a master spreadsheet, clean them up and build the same charts. You keep your logins and the downloading. The cleanup, charts and summary can run themselves.
Restaurants with an app for everything
Online ordering, reservations, delivery apps and reviews each live in a different place. I make sure your menu, hours and photos are right everywhere, starting with your Google listing, and cut the apps you don't need.
Opening or moving an office
New office, new Wi-Fi, a printer nobody can connect to and email that needs to move with you. I get the basics working and write down how it's set up.
Same process in Rogers as everywhere else.
You tell me what's going on. I take a free first look, give you a price in writing, then do the work myself and leave you a short note on what changed. Clear jobs get a flat price. Open-ended fixes are hourly with a cap you approve.
I also help with websites, email, customer lists, automation and small custom tools, anywhere in Northwest Arkansas.
Can you automate reports from a retailer portal?
I don't log into retailer portals for you, and you keep those credentials. What I can usually automate is everything after the download: cleaning the file, updating your spreadsheet, building charts and sending the summary.
Do you set up point-of-sale systems?
I help you choose one, connect it to your online store and accounting, and make sure your team's logins are set up properly. For card-reader hardware and payment processing, you'll work with the provider directly.
Is it worth it for a very small team?
Often more so. A two-person team losing four hours a week to the same spreadsheet is losing a big share of its time. The first look is free, so you can find out before paying anything.
Tell me what's slowing your business down.
A few sentences is enough. I'll reply within one business day, and the first look is free.
