How engagements work

What you get, what you pay, and what "done" means.

Everything here goes into a one-page scope we both sign before any work starts.

Payment

Setup or Cleanup is $1,000. You pay $500 through a secure Stripe link to start. The other $500 is due when you reply "signed off," or seven days after I deliver if I haven't heard back.

Monthly admin is $500, billed at the start of each month through a Stripe subscription. Cancel any month. Unused hours don't roll over.

I never see or store your card number. Stripe handles payment.

What I need from you

Within three business days of kickoff: an invite to your HubSpot for my Ironwood email with admin rights, and the spreadsheets you want imported. The two-week clock starts when both arrive.

An hour of your time for discovery and 45 minutes for training. That's it.

What "done" means

Backup export saved and shared with you

Contacts imported, duplicates merged by your approved rules

Pipeline, fields and lifecycle stages live

Three automations each tested with a test record

Dashboard built, training call held, handoff note sent

Your data and your account

Your HubSpot stays yours. I work as an invited user, never with your login, and I'm removed at handoff unless you're on monthly admin.

I keep what I see confidential. I don't take on work that stores patient health information or card numbers in HubSpot.

Changes you ask for after sign-off go to monthly admin or get a quote first. Nothing gets billed that you didn't agree to.
