Who we are

Ironwood Digital LLC provides technical services to marketing agencies: A2P 10DLC registration work, sub-account launches, and ongoing technical support. This policy covers this website and those services. Our clients are businesses, not consumers.

What we collect

We collect very little, and only what you give us or what an engagement requires:

• Contact details you email us. Your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message, such as rejection text or a domain you paste when you write to us. This site has no forms; everything arrives by email.
• Basic analytics, if any. Our hosting provider may log standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not run advertising trackers.
• Client materials during an engagement. To do the work, we may handle business documents such as an EIN letter, website and consent-form content, sample messages, and access to the platform account you assign us. We delete these materials when the engagement ends.

How we use it

To answer your email, to perform the services you hire us for, to invoice you, and to keep records the law requires us to keep. That is the whole list. We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for their marketing.

Account access

When an engagement requires access to a client platform account, that access is held as a named Ironwood user, scoped to the specific sub-account assigned to us, and revoked when the engagement ends. We do not accept shared credentials, and we do not retain access after the work is done.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what it collects at checkout.

SMS Communications. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Ironwood Digital LLC regarding account notifications and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Ironwood does not currently run an SMS program. The section above governs any SMS we may send in the future, and it is the same disclosure pattern we implement for clients.

How long we keep things

Emails and invoices are kept as ordinary business records. Client materials and account access are deleted or revoked at the end of the engagement, as described above. Server logs, where they exist, are managed by our hosting provider on its normal rotation.

Your requests

If you want to know what we hold about you or your business, or want it corrected or deleted, email tyler@ironwooddigitalco.com and we will respond. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept for tax or legal reasons.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. This policy is governed by Texas law.
